Nick Walker is a Brazilian-American serial entrepreneur and three-time founder with two successful exits in the luxury consumer sector. His ventures include Caña Cachaça, positioned as the “Patrón of Brazil” and acquired by an industry strategic in 2025; Sphere, a direct-to-consumer logistics platform for premium brands, exited in 2024; and Dom Maria, a premium Brazilian sparkling wine that has become one of the country’s most awarded labels internationally. He also led the export strategy for Amázzoni Gin, driving its North American growth ahead of its 2022 acquisition by Pernod Ricard. Nick began his career at Bridgewater Associates, developing systematic investment and risk management expertise. This financial background, combined with operational experience in M&A and scaling consumer brands, gives him a distinctive perspective on value creation and strategic exits. With deep expertise in luxury brand building, exports/logistics, and distribution, he navigates the complexities of bringing Latin luxury goods to global markets, including regulatory compliance and building distribution networks across North America and the Caribbean. He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and a Diploma from Oxford Saïd Business School.
